Shameful.
Sometimes I just need a fix. Of junk food. And there are times when there is none to be had. Probably because I have intentionally kept it out of the house so I won’t eat any. On those occasions, I scrounge (yes scrowngah…there is no other word for it) through the pantry, where I know I will always find three things on which I can hang my head in shame. Watch me now.
Graham Crackers. Milk Chocolate Chips. Marshmallows. I love marshmallows.
First, lay one graham on plate. Cover in milk chocolate chips.
Then pile on as many marshmallows as you can possible get to balance on the chocolate.
Now, put this in the microwave for 15-30 seconds until marshmallows poof and chocolate is getting soft. Plop the other graham on top and eat. Enjoy it girl. You will hate yourself in about 3 minutes.

My shameful resort – pancakes or cinnamon/sugar tortillas. I too don’t keep junk in the house, so when I get desparate – I make pancakes with lots of butter and Mrs. Buttersworth syrup. Or, I take a sautee pan and melt a couple tbsp of butter. Then, I put a tortilla in and cook it till it gets soft. Next, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Yum.
